This landed house in Parkview Residence began with a 90’s retro story, the transformation began with light and flow. When we first walked in, the space carried traces of a different era, we opened up the layout to allow natural light to dance through every corner, balancing shadows with warmth. Matte blacks with natural wood laminates from Lamitak and Maica Laminates, industrial edges are softened by warm lighting, and custom crafted details bring quiet character to the home.
The dining area now invites gatherings with its statement table and sculptural light with its textured wall. Even the smallest details, like the vertical wood slats, the vintage clock, or the curated artwork, were chosen to connect old and new, memory and modernity.
